Returns
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
